Where do we ship and what are the charges?

Onlinekiddieshop.com delivers across all major cities in India. OKS will communicate to you if you place an order from areas that cannot be serviced through our delivery partner. As a customer, you will have the ability to change the delivery address to an area serviced by us or cancel the order.

For orders below Rs. 999, a shipping charge of Rs. 60 will apply per order. For orders over Rs. 999, no shipping charges apply.

What’s the minimum order value required to place an order?

To place an order, a minimum order value of Rs. 549 or more is required (Excluding Shipping charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer). 

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

After checking out during the payment process, you will get a confirmation that your payment has been processed successfully. Onlinekiddieshop.com will send you an email confirming your order. Post the email confirmation, someone from OKS will call you within 24 hours to confirm the order and delivery address. If there has been no successful communication over phone, we will reach out to you on the registered email address. 

Can I use my Credit Card/Internet Banking Account to pay at Onlinekiddieshop.com?

We accept VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS Credit Cards issued in India and we accept Debit cards of all banks issued in India. International credit/debit card transactions are also accepted through Paypal, so now you can place orders with Firstcry from outside India and we will ship it to your dear ones in India. All your transactions online are protected & secured by SSL (secure socket layer) technology and secure payment gateway from PayU. What if an item is out of stock?

We make every effort to keep all products in stock. However, there may be times when unexpected demands exceed our supply. We will notify you at the time of check out if the item selected is not in stock. In the rare circumstance where the order has been accepted and due to some reasons we are not able to ship, we will notify you within 6 working hours of order placement.

Are there any other hidden taxes or charges? 

You will get the final price during check out. Our prices are all inclusive and you need not pay anything extra.

How are the products packaged? 

Each of the individual products are securely packaged in bubble wrap and put into a box. The box is sealed well ensuring a safe delivery to your doorstep. 

Is it mandatory to register before placing an order? 

You can place your order by just providing us with your email address. However, it is recommended that you register with us in order to receive timely offers and also to maintain your Wishlist and account & address details. 

 Do we deliver products outside India? 

We do not ship products outside India but the site is accessible to all and we do take orders from around the world provided the shipping address is in India. 

Can I ship different items in my order to different shipping addresses?

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. 

How Long will it take to receive my orders?

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). We endevour to deliver your order to you as soon as possible as we understand how quickly little ones grow.

Who pays for the shipping charges?

We provide Free Shipping on all Orders above or equal to Rs.999/- or more. For Orders below Rs.999, shipping charges of Rs.60 will apply.

 What is your Shipping policy? 

Onlinekiddieshop.com is dedicated to delivering all orders within a time-bound manner. The same day delivery time-frame for Daily Essentials is applicable for Delhi NCR region. For other delivery locations and packages, the products will be couriered within 24 hours of confirmation of delivery address and should be delivered between 4 to 5 working days for all major cities in India.

What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package thrice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will help in making a faster delivery. 

What is your Returns Policy?

Our aim is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the products that you order from Onlinekiddieshop.com. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept the return of packages within 30 days of the sale date and will issue a full refund minus the shipping charges (wherever applicable). All we ask is that the product be returned unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original box and packaging. Onlinekiddieshop.com reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used. Also, there are some products that we cannot take back if the company seal while packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons. Example - inner wear, breast pumps, nipples or teats, baby food, pacifiers etc. Once the package has been returned, a wire transfer of the refunded amount will be given to your account within 5 business days.

Return method and payment?

•We urge our customers not to accept an incorrect product, we will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.

•For all other products, we will refund 95% of the product cost in case the customer has availed our free shipping facility. In case the customer has not availed the free shipping facility, the actual shipping charge will be deducted and the rest of the product cost will be refunded to the customer

What is your Cancellation Policy?

If the customer chooses to cancel the order before the product is shipped, he will be entitled to a 100% refund. Incase the product is shipped then the policy as mentioned above will be applicable.

How do you handle the case of incorrect product delivery?

In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 2 days of receipt of the product. We would request you to give us a call on our number to inform us if this was the case. We urge you not to accept a product in this case. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.
